Beautiful farmhouse with private pool situated in panoramic location on the Chianti hills. This property has been recently restored and turned into 3 charming units, one occupied by the property owners (ground floor).
The 2 units for rent can accommodate 8 guests (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms):
First unit with 3 bedrooms: on the first floor of the main house.
Second unit with 1 bedroom: barn located few meters away from the main house.
The property provides a nice, furnished, private outdoor area with panoramic views and a gazebo ideal for al-fersco dining. The use of the pool and of the outdoor area is private.
The interiors are cozy and tastefully furnished and have maintained some of the original architectural features such as the beautiful beamed ceilings and stone walls.
The property location allows easy access to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano as well as all of the charming Chianti Classico villages.
Distances: Tavarnelle Val di Pesa with general stores 1,3 km away, San Gimignano 25 km, Florence (airport) 30 km away, Siena 40 km, Volterra 50 km away, Pisa (airport) 90 km, Lucca 103 km away.
At guests’ disposal: personal furnished terrace with gazebo, tables and chairs, private panoramic swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower, bathroom with shower (at the pool level), barbecue. Landry (washing-machine) available.
Air-conditioning and free WI-FI internet connection (available both in the apartments and in the pool area) are provided.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request at € 5,- / per day to be paid on site. Maid service by arrangement (€ 12,- / per hour – payment on the spot).
