Lovely setting, great place to explore Umbria and Tuscany. Lots of room, great pool. Friendly and helpful owners. Needs a little updating.

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche auf dem ruhig gelegenen, super eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und konfortabel ausgerüstet. Wir möchten wieder kommen.

We had a fair stay, we had mixed feelings about the experience overall.
Here are some positive points:
- Hosts are very kind, communication was great. Instructions for key pickup and appartment location were very clear.
- Appartment was clean, big enough for 4 people, well equipped.
- Location was nice, easily walkable throughout Rapallo.
However here were a few negatives:
- Main room bes mattress was not especially comfortable, not the worst we've had but could be better.
- Major issue was the lack of hot water barely 24h after moving in. We had to take cold showers on our last 2 days, which was very disappointing.
- Appartment felt more like a basic rental property instead of a warm home to be welcomed in. Supplies were low, barely enough laundry detergent for a single cycle while washing machine is advertised on the listing. No coffee in the kitchen, not that we were expecting to be entitled to it, but sure would have been appreciated.
So overall fair, but not sure we would come back.
