Prachtige villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien, op een afgelegen plek, geweldig uitzicht. Vanuit de villa kun je mooie wandelingen maken. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk, helpt je wanneer je wilt. De jacuzzi is super. Truffelveldjes in het dal. Wijngaardje op loopafstand. Topplek.

Genoten van 2 weken Toscane. Sfeervol huis, prachtig zwembad en terreim en goede locatie om Toscane te verkennen. Ook fijn contact met en goede service van de verhuurder.

Rustikales, einfaches Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen. Ideal für max 4 Personen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist renovationsbedürftig, zumindest sollten die defekten Küchengeräte ausgetauscht werden (kleiner Ofen schliesst nicht, Wasserkocher, Wasserhahn). Aber die Lage, der Poolbereich und das toskanische Flair haben uns über diese kleinen Mängel hinwegsehen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne Tage in der Preselle geniessen können.
Der Weg zum Häuschen ist nicht asphaltiert und hat ziemliche Löcher, deshalb braucht man einen geeigneten Wagen. Alles ist in der Nähe, Restaurants, Meer, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A rustic, simple, and cozy cottage. Ideal for up to 4 people. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is in need of renovation—or at least the faulty appliances should be replaced (the small oven doesn't close properly; the kettle and faucet were issues). However, the location, the pool area, and the Tuscan charm made it easy to overlook these minor flaws. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed some lovely days in Preselle.
The access road to the cottage is unpaved and has significant potholes, so a suitable vehicle is required. Everything is close by—restaurants, the sea, and places of interest. We would book it again.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

Eine perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sehr ruhig in idyllischer Umgbung gelegen. Supernette Gastgeberin - Liebe Grüße an Dich, Marijke! In Fussnähe ein hübsches Gartenlokal mit leckerer Piemonteser Küche. Asti und Alba haben wir problemlos mit Linienbus erreicht - man fährt einfach zu dem großen Parkplatz im nahe gelegenen Städtchen, in dem man außerdem viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet). Die malerische Umgebung mit zahllosen Ausflugszielen (Marijke hat wunderbare Tips) und "slow food´"-Restaurants haben uns überzeugt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

I can’t say enough good things about Palazzo Rosadi. It was magical! I have stayed in other villas in the area and I can tell you firsthand that the location and views were spectacular.The villa itself combined Old world charm and modern convenience. Our host Rosado was so accommodating he made all feel at home. We had excellent chefs that came in to cook some delicious meals for us, the pool was so relaxing plus the weather spectacular! I wish I had booked it for longer!
