La casa recientemente reetructurada con atento cuidado a mantenido intacta sus caracterìsticas originales , despuès transformada en una deliciosa habitaciòn independiente con una hermosa vista de la campaña circunstante.
Distancia: Castelfiorentino con tiendas de todo tipo a 3 km , Montespertoli a 10 km , Firenze a 35 km , Siena a 50 km .
A disposiciòn de los huèspedes: Amplio jardìn equipado , piscina ( 10 x 5 m – prof. 1,5 m –abierta del 15/05 al 30/09) y parrillada privada.
Parqueo al interno de la propiedad.El acceso a la propiedad es por medio de una calle no asfaltada pero en buenas condiciones.
Servicios Extra: Posibilidad de ayudo domèstico con solicitud a 10 €,-/ hora ( pagar en el lugar ).Con solicitud es posible haber una cama extra a 50 €,-/ a la semana y una cama para bebè a 25 €,-/ a la semana ( pagar en el lugar ).Con solicitud los propietarios organizan cenas a base de patos tipicos de la tradiciòn local , curso de cocina y pizza parti durante la cuàl los huèspedes pueden aprender a preparar la pizza y el pan.
Comodidades
Cooking lessons
Available for the whole season, for groups starting from 2 up to 10 people.
During the lesson, you will cook 3 appetizers, 1 pasta, 1 main dish, 1 dessert. It is held by the owners themselves, within the property (English spoken). All the participants will get a diploma and a brochure with the recipes prepared during the lesson.
Price per person € 45,00.
Dinners
Available for the whole season, for groups starting from 2 up to 12 people.
The dinner will be prepared according to clients’ exigencies. Here are three examples of menus:
Tuscan: Tomato bruschetta, crostini, bread soup with tomato, handmade ravioli with ricotta cheese and spinach with tomato sauce, chine of pork or Fiorentina steak, potatoes cake, Grandmother’s cake (with vanilla or lemon cream and pine seeds.
Gourmet: Marrows’ cake with Pecorino cheese fondue and crispy wafer, lasagne with pesto and cherry tomatoes, baked lamb in foil and sautéed herbs, apple délice with yoghurt ice cream.
Fish menu: Salmon carpaccio with citrus, marinade of anchovies, hot canapé with dormouse, seafood risotto, swordfish rolls with aromatic salad, fresh fruit cake.
Prices per person: starting from € 30,00 to € 40,00
Service includes cook, grocery shopping, drinks, table setting, table service, cleaning of the kitchen.
Breakfast

Wine tasting
Available for the whole season, for groups starting from 4 up to 12 people.
The wine tasting, accompanied by the owners, will be held in a close farm and includes visit to the winery and wine testing, accompanied with typical products.

Transfer for 8 people maximum to be arranged upon request.

Weddings
It is possible to organise weddings for 20 people maximum
Meetings
It is possible to organise meetings in a stateroom for up to 10 people.
Special events
It is possible to organise birthday parties, anniversaries, parties for groups starting form 6 up to 20 people.

Available on low and medium season or with the occasion of special events, weddings and meetings.
