Nice property created from the restoration of an ancient farmhouse dating back to the 19th century situated on the hills surrounding Cortona and offering stunning panoramic views. This property has been carefully restored with its original architectural features preserved and has been turned into 5 charming indipendent apartments all of which offering welcoming, tastefully furnished interiors. Outside guests can enjoy use of a nice pool and a well-groomed garden. A spacious common area with barbecue and large table (up to 25 persons) is available.
The products of the estate (wine and olive oil) are available for clients to be purchased.
The property offers beautiful views to the surrounding countryside, with vineyards, sunflowers and the suggestive railway line Florence-Rome.

Es hat uns wieder sehr gut in der Toscana gefallen, die Umgebung der Unterkunft war wunderschön und die Betreuerin der Anlage hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Küche hätte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein können , aber sonst war für alles gesorgt.

We had an excellent stay in this House. Starting from the perfect help of Easy Reserve (Thanks to Christiana) to the nice housemembers.
If something was missing, they took care about it. The helping of the owner for searching a wine tasting or offering a dinner for 30 people was perfect.

Magnificent place to stay. From every view, from the windows, the porches, down the lane and even within the apartment, it was a tranquil work of art. Owners were quite helpful.
