Welcoming, independent small house with pool situated on the hills of the Valdarno region. This house is quietly located and is in easy access to the most important places of interest in Tuscany. The property owners, who are nice and friendly people, live nearby but do not share with their guests the use of the outside areas (except for the pool).
This small villa, surrounded by woods and cultivated fields, offers nice interiors, furnished in a rustic style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any cars.
Distances: Traiana with groceries approx. 1 km away, San Giustino Valdarno with shops of all kinds 4 km, Laterina 13 km away, Arezzo 26 km, Rapolano Terme (spas) 45 km away, Siena 58 km, Florence 60 km away, Cortona 60 km, Montepulciano 80 km away, Pienza 85 km away.
At guests’ disposal: furnished outdoor area with table, chairs, barbecue and small outbuilding (with washing-machine and kitchen corner), entirely fenced-in swimming-pool (16 x 6 m – min. depth 1,3 m – max. depth 2,4 m – open from 01/05 through 15/10) occasionally used by the property owners, changing room by the pool with toilet and shower.

Stephano, who was our host, was wonderful. Always smiling and friendly, and had plenty of good advice for stuff to see and experience. His father in law had a small kitchen garden, from which he offered us
his tomatoes, cucumber and melon.
Casa Triana is really everything you connect we connect with Tuscany, and it really lives up to the expectations we had, when we booked through EasyReserve.
