This property is only 900 meter from the beaches and allows easy access to numerous beach resorts. Outside guests can enjoy use of a large garden furnished with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue.
The interiors are welcoming and comfortable.
Next to the villa there is a large, beautiful park (named Versiliana) ideal for nice walks or bike rides.
The Versilia coastline area is ideal for those seeking for a sea-side destination with excellent restaurants, shops and nightlife, in easy reach to Tuscany's and Liguria’ s most important places of interest such as Pisa, Lucca and Le Cinque Terre region with its beautiful villages of Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore.
Distances: the beaches are approx. 900 meters away, Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta with all kinds of shops 1 km away, Lucca 35 km away, Pisa (airport) 38 km, the Cinque Terre region approx. 65 km, Florence 110 km away, Genova 130 km.
At guests’ disposal: large, 2500-square-meter furnished garden with gazebo and barbecue. This house provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).

The owner of the house was so wonderful and so helpful. He made us feel most welcomed from our first day to our last day. The house is very comfortable and spacious as well as the gigantic garden. The villa is on a private road in the forest so it was very quiet at all times. We look forward to a return visit.j
