This set of buildings in this small tourism centre were designed to recreate the atmosphere of a Tuscan village, and consist in six small villas situated at just 500 metres from the sea.
Each villa, built from highly ecological materials, is divided into four apartments.
The complex is composed of 24 apartments.
The shared spaces, the little piazza and the 90 sq mt pool are all situated at the centre of the village, similar to the old farmyards of the past.

The pool inside the structure is suitable both for adults and for children, it is divided into two parts, a depth of 1,40 m, and ideal for adults, the other 0.50 m, ideal for getting to the children. Around the pool there are sun beds.

L'appartamento Azalea 2 è situato, all'intero del borgo in ottima posizione: l'ampio giardino è ideale per famiglie con bambini o per un gruppo di sei persone. L'appartamento, pur se carino, risulta un po' anonimo ma funzionale.
La piscina è ben studiata: la zona con acqua alta (al max 160 cm) è divisa, pur essendo comunicante, da quella per i bambini da un gradino; in modo che tutti possano usufruirne.
è presente anche un piccolo parco giochi dietro le ville del borgo.
la posizione rispetto a Follonica fa sì che le spiagge siano raggiungibili in auto in poco tempo: 5 minuti le più vicine come prato Ranieri, 10 minuti Torre Mozza e la Carbonifera, 40 minuti Le rocchette e circa un'ora Marina di Alberese (Parco Regionale della Maremma): tutte spiagge libere molto belle e adatte anche a famiglie con bambini. il Borgo è a 5 minuti d'auto dal centro di Follonica, molto ben servita di negozi, supermercati e ristoranti.
