ll Piano ist ein magischer Ort. Inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Weinstöcken haben wir ein unglaubliches Panorama genossen. Der Blick in Richtung San Gimignano ist unvergesslich. Unser Appartement war geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Pool bietet sehr viel Platz, sowohl in der Sonne, als auch unter schattigen Bäumen oder unter großen Sonnenschirmen. Bei einer Gutsführung mit anschließender Weinprobe mit dem freundlichen David haben wir die köstlichen Produkte des Anwesens kennen und schätzen gelernt. Schnell waren wir von Il Piano in Siena und Florenz. Die freundlichen Vermieterinnen haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir das Anwesen wie unser eigenes bewohnen können. Wir kommen wieder!

The view towards San Gimignano is unforgettable. Our apartment was tastefully and functionally furnished at the same time. The pool offers a lot of space, both in the sun, under shady trees or under large parasols. During a guided tour of the estate followed by a wine tasting with the friendly David, we got to know and appreciate the delicious products on the estate. We went quickly from Il Piano to Siena and Florence. The friendly landlords made us feel that we could live in the property like our own. We will be back!

It is an amazing place with beautiful surrounding, fantastic view over San Gimignano and the tuscan hills. The Pool was great, the winetasting with David was very interesting. The owner were very friendly. Thank you for fantastic days. We will come again.

bon gite , belle vue , personnels agréable , nous avons laisser le petit appartement propre , comme a notre habitude , nous avons payé 50euros de ménage , qui nous semble cher , pour une heure de travaille, le chauffage en supplément de 50 euros , total de la note 400 euros pour 5 jours on dit que le plaisir na pas de prix , mais bon

We really loved this place. Such a lovely setting and really relaxing. The apartment suited us well (group of 4 women). Early fall was a perfect time to visit, warm enough to swim, but not too hot. The nearby town of San Gimiginano is lovely. The wine and olive tasting were a really nice extra.

This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. The views were gorgeous. The farm surroundings were peaceful and restful. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. We enjoyed the vineyards, flowers, the pool and the well-kept grounds. We took walks along the farm roads and saw some wonderful views of the area, including of San Gimignano. The apartment was lovely, with traditional farmhouse decor and many comforts. We drove into San Gimignano in the evenings, when the tours had moved on and people were strolling through town, having dinner, listening to music, or indulging in gelato. We recommend this as a great place to thoroughly enjoy Tuscany.

Nous avons passé trois nuits sur la propriété, dans l'appartement "Scaletta" et en sommes repartis ravis.
Le cadre est magnifique, avec une vue extraordinaire sur San Giminiano et les terres agricoles avoisinantes.
Nous avons eu l'occasion de faire une dégustation des vins produits sur place avec David qui a été super autant pour sa gentillesse que dans ses connaissances et explications sur les différents vins et leur production.
Si nous retournons en Toscane, nous séjournerons certainement à nouveau ici!

We spent three nights in the property, in the apartment "Scaletta" and we left delighted.
The setting is beautiful, with an amazing view of San Gimignano and the surrounding farmland.
We had the opportunity to taste the wines produced on site with David who was great for his kindness as well as his knowledge and explanations of the different wines and their production.
If we go back to Tuscany, we will definitely stay here again!

Superbe endroit avec beaucoup de charme. Bien situé entre Sienne et Florence.Possibilité de faire de chouettes promenades au cœur des vignes. Le barbecue est à disposition et la terrasse est agréable. Seul petit bémol, notre logement était visiblement le seul sans moustiquaire, visiblement les autres logements du domaine en avait. Il est indispensable de prévoir des spray anti-moustiques car ils sont terribles ! Mais sans quoi vraiment un endroit à recommander !

Superb place with a lot of charm. Well located between Siena and Florence.Possibility to make nice walks in the heart of the vineyards. The barbecue is available and the terrace is nice. Only a drawback, our home was the only one without mosquito nets, the other units of the residence had them. It is essential to provide anti-mosquito spray, because mosquito are terrible! But otherwise a place to recommend!

Die Ausstattung hat unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen. Leider ist die Küche sehr einfach ausgestattet. So fehlt es an einer vernünftigen Pfanne,... Auch das Bad ist sehr einfach, der Duschvorhang eine Katastrophe. Die sehr freundlichen Eigentümer haben inzwischen hoffentlich die Mängel behoben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Ausreichend Platz. Unvergleichlich schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Umland. Die Anfahrt auf kiesigen Serpentinen ein Abenteuer, aber machbar. Kostenlose Führung durch das Weingut, mit anschließender Weinprobe. Das Olivenöl ist ein Gedicht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche im August in der Ferienwohnung \"Lavanda\" verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles entsprach den Angaben und den Fotos. Die Fliegengitter waren teilweise nicht ganz dicht und der Backofen funktionierte nicht. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft schenkten sie uns eine Flasche Wein vom eigenen Weingut und wir konnten kostenlos an einer Führung über das Weingut und einer Weinverkostung teilnehmen. Neben unserer eigenen Terrasse durften wir weitere Terrassen des Anwesens nutzen. Alle boten einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über die umliegende (typisch toskanische) Landschaft bis hin zum Ort San Gimignano. Der Ausblick war wunderschön, noch schöner als auf den Fotos.
Insgesamt war das Anwesen sehr groß und schön (grüne Wiesen, Olivenhaine, Wein, ...). Der Pool war ca. 200 Meter von unserer Wohnung entfernt, ebenfalls groß, in einem sehr guten Zustand (auch die Liegen) und mit einem schönen Ausblick.
Das Anwesen ist nur über einen Kieselweg zu erreichen, weshalb man langsam fahren muss und von San Gimignano ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto braucht. Belohnt wird man dafür mit Ruhe und einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

We spent a week in August in the apartment "Lavanda". The apartment is functional, everything corresponded to the information and the photos. The mosquito nets were sometimes not very tight and the oven did not work. Otherwise everything was available, in good condition and very clean.

The landlords were very nice and helpful. On arrival, they gave us a bottle of wine from their own winery and we were able to participate for free at a guided tour of the winery and a wine tasting. In addition to our own terrace we were allowed to use more terraces of the property. All offered a breathtaking view over the surrounding (typical Tuscan) landscape up to the place San Gimignano. The view was beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos.
Overall, the property was very large and beautiful (green meadows, olive groves, wine, ...). The pool was about 200 meters from our apartment, also large, in a very good condition (also the beach chairs) and with a nice view.
The property can only be reached via a pebble path, so you have to drive slowly and from San Gimignano takes about 10 minutes by car. You will be rewarded with peace and a beautiful view. We would like to come back!

Very nice location and incredibly nice people. It is a proper vineyard with wine fields all around.

The apartment itself, at least the one we had, was pretty basic but spacious. It was unfortunate that our apartment did not have a balcony or terrace (most of the others apartments) did have one.

Overall we we much enjoyed our stay there.

This apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We enjoyed it immensely - but much of the enjoyment was its location, on the grounds of a working winery. The views are breathtaking. The only difficulty is the access road, but once you've traversed it, it becomes much less daunting. We were in and out of the property every day, and access became a non-issue. Proximity to San Gimignano made things very easy (there's a supermarket there, along with some very good restaurants) and access to other tourist attractions was great. The hosts, Andrea and Claudia, and David, our wine expert, made us feel welcome. We would return for another visit in a heartbeat.

Wir (Familie) haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Il Piano verbracht. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist da. Angefangen von einer voll eingerichteten Küche über das Geschirr, die Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck usw. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Betreuung supergut.
Man sollte tolerant gegenüber Hunden sein. Der Hofhund (mittelgroßer Hund) knurrt und bellt Gäste an.
Das Schönste an Il Piano ist die unberührte Lage mitten in Reben und Olivenhainen. Man genießt die Ruhe und die Aussicht auf die Hügel und auf San Gimignano.
Jederzeit wieder !!!

Starting with a fully equipped kitchen on to dishes, pots, pans, cutlery etc. The bathroom could need renovation. The owners are very nice, the service super good.
One should be tolerant towards dogs. The farm dog (medium sized dog) growls and barks at guests.
The best thing about Il Piano is its unspoilt location in the middle of vineyards and olive groves. You can enjoy the peace and the quietness and the views over the hills and San Gimignano. Every time again !!!

The owners were very hospitable. The view over the Tuscan hills and San Gimignano was splendid. Good size pool, although the water was still a bit chilly in the beginning of May. Definitely a place to come back to!
