The property is inside an agricultural farm of about 100 hectares which comprises cereals fields, olive groves and green woods where beautiful thoroughbreds horses are bred. You can admire them free at pasture on the lands next to the house.
Castiglione del Lago and Trasimeno Lake. Approx. 12 km far you will find Castiglione del Lago. The well-equipped tourist village situated on Trasimeno Lake offers folk and cultural events internationally known. Moreover, in maximum 50 km drive you can reach the main spa resorts of Tuscany, such as Bagni San Filippo, Terme di San Casciano dei Bagni, Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni, ideal places to regenerate body and mind.
