Descripción Propiedad

Hermosa propiedad ubicada en una posiciòn tranquila y panoramica en la inmediata vecindad de la famosa ciudadela medieval de San Gimignano con una splendida vista de la campaña circunstante.Gracias a un atento trabajo de restauro seguido de los propietarios , la estructura a podido mantener intacta sus caracterìsticas arquitectònicas original asì descubriendo su antigua fascinaciòn.
Los espacios al interno son curados en el minimo detalle ademàs de ser decorados con òptimo gusto . Al externo de la estructura el panorama ofrece un hermoso jardìn con espacios al abierto , del cual es posible gozar de la belleza del paisage circunstante y admirar las historicas torres medieval de San Gimignano.
Al interno de la propiedad se encuentra una estructura principal con algunos anexos subdivididos en 6 esplendidos apartamentos ( en uno de ellos habitan los propietarios ) y 5 cuartos.
Los propietarios administran la hacienda familiar donde se produce un òptimo vino ademàs de organizar degustaciòn con visitas a la factoria.
El acceso a la propiedad es por medio de una calle no asfaltada pero en buenas condiciones.
Distancia: San Gimignano con tiendas de todo tipo a solo 1 ,2 km , Siena a 35 km , Firenze a 45 km , Volterra a 30 km ,Pisa ( aeropuerto ) a casi 80 km.
A disposiciòn de los huèspedes: Amplios espacios externo equipados con muebles de jardìn , hermosa piscina ( 7 x 14 m –prof. min – 1 m max. 2 m - abierta del 01/05 al 30/09) con solarium ubicado en una posiciòn panoramica.
Parqueo al interno de la propiedad.
Servicios extra de pagar en el lugar: Ayudo domèstico disponible con solicitud al precio de 15 €,-/ hora.Posibilidad de usufructuar del servicio de desayuno ( servido en una hermosa terraza panoranica con vista de San Gimignano o bien al interno de una acogedora sala. )
Con solicitud es posible organizar degustaciones de vino y visitas dirigidas a la hacienda agricola.
Cama para bebè disponible al precio de 30 €,-/ a la semana.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars, een adembenemend uitzicht bij het ontbijt, lekker rustig, heel propere kamers. Echt de moeite waard!

We were absolutely blown away by the setting! The apartment completely suited our needs (two couples). We cooked several meals in the kitchen and ate outside on the private terrace. Perfect stay!

We enjoyed a full week with friends at Il Sogno during September of 2010. Our apartment was lovely and spacious with stunning views of the villa and the Tuscan hills from every window. We cooked in the well-appointed kitchen, dined and read outside on our private patio, and swam in the pool that overlooks the grapevines. Several mornings, we joined the bed & breakfast guests for the morning meal, and one day sat on an outside terrace for an amazing wine-tasting lunch. We walked every day on the quiet back road to nearby San Gimignano, where there is much history, many shops and incredible food.
The young owners of Il Sogno were gracious and welcoming. We had many conversations with them as we learned about the restoration of the property, the extensive remodeling of the buildings, and the grape and olive harvest. They truly shared their dream with us.
We’ll definitely return and have recommended this lovely place to many people. It was even better than we hoped! Jeff & Patsy - Minneapolis, MN

What a stunning place! We were a little bit apprehensive about this reservation as we've not used the site before but we were pleasantly surpised by this villa; it was beautifully decorated and clean, very close to town (1km walking), lovely people who were very welcoming and had a panoramic view of the hills. We will definitely be going back there and would recommend this to anybody who's looking for a quiet, peaceful spot in one of the most beautiful settings in Tuscany.

The property and villa was just as lovely as the pictures. We enjoyed the restfullness of the patio and pool and the convenient driving to tour the nearby historic towns.

Guardastelle is a beautiful and well-appointed property in an amazing location. Susanna - the owner - was very friendly and acommodating. The property has a small bed and breakfast inn as well as several apartments. We stayed in one of the apartments and absolutely loved it. Guardastelle also has wine and olive oil tasting. The property is a short walk (15 min) or drive (3 min) away from the incredibly beautiful town of San Gimignano, with many excellent restaurants and ceramics shops. It's also close to wine areas of Chianti and Montalcino for those interested in tasting wine, and is about an hour away from Siena and Florence. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable; we will definitely go back.
