This property consists of "Villa Ulivi" and the annex "Casina" and are rented as one property. If your group is eight or less and you don't need the annex "La Casina" it will not be rented during your stay so the property remains private for your group only.

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

Extra Services: dinners & cooking classes available at owners villa which is located on the same property but with plenty of distance between villas to maintain your privacy. The owners speak very good English and can arrange for tours, wine tasting or wedding arrangements. Also cooking classes can be arranged at the owners villa. The owners live about 400 m from the villa. You will be guided to learn the secrets for cooking italian dishes, expecially the one's of the tuscan tradition: You will learn how to make pasta with your hands like tagliatelle, pappardelle, pici, ravioli, tortellini and maccheroni, traditional tuscan dishes like panzanella using bread and vegetables (cucumber tomatoes, onions and fresh basil), tuscan crostini, the secrets to cook perfectly our chianina t-bone on bbq and traditional italian desserts like tiramisu' and "panna cotta" with strawberries and chocolate.

Ground floor: entrance from the terrace into a large open room that has the kitchen (stove, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher) and dining room and at the other end a sitting area with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and two travertine marble bathrooms with shower and with heated towel racks.
First floor 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms with shower and one with a lovely balcony.

Annex La Casina (about 150 sqm)
Two levels villa with wooden beams, tuscan floors, travertino baths and beautiful decor. This newly restored Casina is a wonderful separate villa for four persons
Ground floor: queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with two large single beds with ensuite bath with shower. Both bedrooms have spectacular views of the beautiful Valdichiana valley and the town of Lucignano.
First floor kitchen and living area, bathroom with shower.

Outside: porch overlooking the pool for your relaxing moments where you can enjoy dining on a great patio for 12 under a gazebo.
