Torre Sibilla, historic medieval residence in Montefortino, in the province of Fermo in the Marche region, is an elegant villa with swimming pool for holidays in the Sibillini National Park.

The villa for rent is located in an enchanting setting between Monte Sibilla, the Gola dell’Infernaccio and the medieval village of Montefortino, stands on a spur of rock from which it dominates the surrounding valley.

In every corner of this apartment, through windows and small openings, the landscape enters with all its strength and charm up to a dome which, with great surprise, opens onto the starry sky.

Around Torre Sibilla extends the The park that branches off around the structure and is enriched with artistic creations that refer to Land Art, inside there is a private amphitheater where you can enjoy unique sunsets.

Interiors
Torre Sibilla is divided into two apartments: the first located on the ground floor and able to accommodate 2 + 1 people, and the second, located on the first floor, which can accommodate 5 guests. The entire structure has a maximum capacity of 8 guests.

The first apartment on the ground floor overlooks a lush courtyard, an imaginary balcony on the mountain and is composed of the living room with dining room, where there is a kitchenette that disappears behind a wardrobe,
The double bedroom and the bathroom with double access are an example of an intelligent and creative restoration that includes the use of refined materials.

The second apartment is accessed by going up to the first floor. The dining room, with a kitchenette that disappears behind a sliding door, overlooks a terrace from which you can enjoy the sun and an incomparable view that frames the Infernaccio gorge and the villages perched on the mountains.

Going upstairs we find a single bedroom, a double bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom. On the top floor there is an additional double bedroom, with a dome that opens onto the starry sky, and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. From this room you can access the top of the tower.

The Tower, which was in a state of dignified decay, in its complete abandonment, has now regained its new beauty, at the center of a system of paths and nature trails within which artistic creations have been placed. Walkways, viewpoints, uncontaminated places handed down by time and gardens are scattered with works of art, a meeting point between human creativity and the natural world.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients

During the high season, weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.

El déposito inicial requerido para confirmar una reserva a ser pagado en el momento de la reserva (a menos que haya condiciones especiales) es el 30% del total del alquiler.

El saldo se debe pagar 45 días antes de la llegada.

Para reservas de última hora (dentro de los 45 días de la llegada, a menos que se indique lo contrario en la política de reservación de la propiedad) el importe total debe ser pagado en el momento de la reserva.

En la cancelación de una reserva, a menos que se indique lo contrario en la política de reservación de la propiedad, incluso si es sustituida por otra, se deberá pagar las siguientes penalizaciones:
- el porcentaje de la cantidad total de alquiler pagado en el momento de la reserva como depósito inicial si la cancelación se realiza desde el momento de la reserva hasta 46 días antes del inicio del periodo de alquiler;
- el 100% del precio total del alquiler si la cancelación se produce con 45 días o menos respecto al día de llegada o en caso de no presentarse.
