Villa independiente completamente inmerso en el campo. En la parte inferior de un pequeño valle, este es un lugar muy tranquilo, lejos del ruido y el tráfico. Ideal para descansar y relajarse con su familia, disfrutar de la naturaleza y encontrar la tranquilidad.
Villa principal: 4 dormitorios, 4 baños con ducha. Cocina, comedor, sala de estar. Cine en casa con área de lectura. Gran patio con muebles de exterior y zona de comedor frente al jardín delantero. Adjunta a la casa hay una terraza.
La villa se encuentra en una pequeña colina, con jardín y campos alrededor. Junto a ella, una pequeña dependencia con dormitorio doble, cocina y baño con ducha.
Dos pisos.
PLANTA BAJA: Desde la entrada, a la derecha, cocina, comedor y sala de estar.
Habitación doble con puerta francesa, baño grande con ducha.
Cuarto de lavado en la escalera.
PRIMER / SEGUNDO PISO: desde las escaleras, un largo pasillo con escritorio / esquina de la oficina. Dos habitaciones dobles y una habitación de gemelos, 3 baños con ducha.
En la parte superior, en el ático, cine en casa con sillas de cine reales y área de lectura.
La piscina es de 12 * 5 mt, abierta desde el 1 de mayo hasta el 30 de septiembre. Bañera de hidromasaje. Áreas de estar al aire libre, hamacas. Gran estacionamiento.

Villa Marina used to be our family house until 2016 when we all set off and decided it was time to give it a new life!
Named after my mother, Marina, the villas stands on a big land of 8 hectares with fields, fruits and olive trees.
The place is secluded and very quiet but also not far from towns which are only 6-7 km away.
The villa stands on a small hilltop, with a large covered patio in front of the house for outdoor dining. On one side a veranda, on the other side, a small annex with bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
From any of the two doors, you will be enchanted by the size and beauty of this house. The interiors are original with red bricks archways and tall ceilings. Right between the two entrances a large and bright "double" kitchen: the classic one with all the kitchen furniture, fridge and stoves/oven and the old one with a wood oven and a marble top table for your home cook preparations.
From the kitchen, walking anticlockwise direction, a beautiful wooden table dominates the dining room where we used to gather with our family. The living room has a large chimney and several sofas with colorful pillows and paintings to watch TV or to read a book. You can access the patio from here: the perfect room to read a book watching the vivid green nature outside the glass doors.
Behind the living room, a double bedroom with bathroom. This is the only bedroom on the ground floor, with a door to the back of the house. Next to the bedroom, going in circle, a laundry room and a staircase to take you to the first floor.
On the first floor you get to the corridor with a big desk if you have some emails to check. From the corridor you can get to the three bedrooms and bathrooms (two double, one twin beds). There is also a wooden staircase to the second floor where we have made a reading area with two twin sofas and an authentic home theater with 2 rows of REAL vintage red velvet seats: You can watch your favorite programs on a cinema screen!
Outside a vast area is entirely private for you. The pool area has a huge park for a large pool (12mt*5mt) with deckchairs and a shower. Two marquees and a wooden pagoda if you want to chill in the shade, eat a snack or drink some wine!

En caso de cancelación de la reserva, incluso si se sustituye por otra, se aplican las siguientes penalizaciones:
- el depósito inicial (25% del total del alquiler) si la cancelación se realiza entre el momento de la reserva y hasta 46 días antes de la fecha de llegada;
- el 100% del total del alquiler si la cancelación se hace desde 45 días hasta la fecha de llegada o en caso de no presentarse.

If you are looking for a genuine Tuscany experience this is the place, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. We rented here for a week and the accommodations were perfect. Plenty of room for our family of 6 with everything at our fingertips. The pool was ideal after our excursions to Florence, San Gimignano, Pisa and La Spezia. I would highly recommend this place!

This villa is outstanding! In a beautiful setting surrounded by its own grounds, the villa is spacious, tastefully decorated, and very well laid out.
It has a great size swimming pool and is peaceful and absolutely private.
Located a short drive from amenities (shops, restaurants, supermarkets), it is also well placed to reach Siena, Florence, Arezzo, and a lovely nature reserve!
Eduardo and his family are extremely helpful and respond quickly and efficiently to any questions or queries you might have.

This is a beautiful property, really well equipped and in a perfect location. The villa is very peaceful and the pool is a great size and really really nice. We would rate this property as superb with incredible attention to detail from the high standard cleanliness to the gorgeous cotton sheets, fabulous kitchen and cooking facilities. The lovely dining table under the grapevine arbor is well utilised. The owners were there whenever we had questions about local sightseeing and organised a wine tasting tour. The pool was cleaned for us during the day and the maintenance of the property was very high standard. We loved this property and would highly recommend it.

This Villa was sensational, it is so close to Arezzo and Florence but yet still in the countryside we had the best of both worlds. The villa is huge, exceptionally well maintained and has all everything you could want.
Very nice the home theater room with Appletv and Netflix available.
