[English translaltion courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay... including a washing machine, a dishwasher, and—very importantly—air conditioning. Aesthetically, it isn't exceptional. Special mention goes to the pool, which is a real asset and a crucial feature of the property (without the pool, the rating would be lower). Any downsides? The cleanliness isn't excellent, and upon arrival, you expect the beds to be made and ready... instead, you find the sheets in bags and have to make the bed yourself (though it’s not a major issue).¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo?
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] I would book this accommodation again if air conditioning were installed in all the bedrooms. Everything else truly deserves a five-star rating—especially the pool, as you have it all to yourself and it is situated right in the middle of the olive grove.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo?
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] It was a lovely, clean holiday home—nice and spacious, fully equipped, and featuring a beautiful enclosed garden; all in all, the perfect recipe for a wonderful holiday.
The central location, combined with the quiet surroundings, makes for a delightful stay.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo?

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The place is really great; there is a lovely garden, and the pool is very pleasant for relaxing at the end of the day. The accommodation is nice too, though it really lacks air conditioning. It was 34 degrees inside at night, making sleep difficult because the ceiling fan just circulated hot air and was noisy. A few small things were also missing, such as ice cube trays in the freezer and some basic essentials. Nevertheless, we have very fond memories of our stay.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo?

Man sitzt dort sehr schön.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We (2 adults, 2 children) spent a week in the apartment in early August and, with temperatures ranging from 35 to 39 degrees, were grateful for the two well-functioning air conditioning units (in the master bedroom and living area). The mattresses are new and very comfortable. The kitchen is very modern and truly stylish, and there is plenty of crockery available. The apartment is absolutely quiet. From the balcony, you have a view of the tree-lined street and pine trees—it is a lovely spot to sit. The location is excellent; the beach and the beach promenade are just a few minutes away. We can highly recommend this apartment.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo?

Fantastic villa and meticulous management.
The perfect villa for eight to ten people, in a strategic location for visiting eastern Sicily and its fabulous beaches.
Claudio's management of La Rosa del Mare is meticulous and attentive, and he is available 24/7. Extremely professional, with excellent service.
