The house is beautifully located right next to the Porto Selvaggio natural reserve and it matches the description and pictures perfectly. We stayed two weeks at the end of the off season and were lucky not to be disturbed by any neighbours. The sea view from the terrace is stunning and the outside spaces are well thought out and provide ample shade. The swimming pool is brand-new, very clean and faces the coast. The garden is well tended and pleasant. The house is newly and tastefully refurbished and well equipped with good quality amenities. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. The family is kind, helpful and extremely considerate. They did their utmost to make us feel at home and were very generous in their welcome. They also gave us good recommendations to explore the region and enjoy our stay.
Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, der Garten nicht wirklich gepflegt und die Lage sehr am Rand von Villasimius. Allerdings war alles da was man braucht und der Pool war super.
Superb house and very welcoming host. Perfectly located for visiting local places of interest, including Siena, Pienza and San Gimignano. Also perfect for exploring the Tuscan gravel trails (Strade Bianche). Facilities in the house were excellent and it was really nicely furnished. Walking distance to Villa a Sesta where there are good restaurants.

Een droomplek. Je moet wel van rust houden! Als je elke dag wil flaneren en even om de hoek op een terras wil zitten dan moet je niet naar Casa Sara gaan.
Je gaat wel naar Casa Sara om lekker bij te komen van de hectiek van het dagelijkse leven. Want hectiek is nergens te vinden in de buurt van Casa Sara.
Gello is een echt ouderwets Italiaans bergdorp. De weg er naar toe is stijl en kronkelig. En er is niets. Geen winkel, geen terrassen of restaurants. Lekker veel rust.
Casa Sara biedt een heerlijke tuin, met terras en ligweide. Je loopt er naar toe langs het huis van de alleraardigste eigenaren. Die je overigens niet ziet, alleen als je ze nodig hebt.
Bij het terras is een keukentje met een grote ijskast die je vol kan proppen met drankjes en allerlei lekkere dingen.
Als je de trapjes naar beneden loopt een heerlijk zwembad met nog een terras. Heerlijk voor de borrel en genieten van een prachtig uitzicht.
Wij hebben er een heerlijke week gehad. Om de 2 dagen naar de supermarkt. Op 20 minuten rijden. Dan ergens een kijkje nemen en lunchen en dan snel weer naar boven om te genieten van dolce far niente.
Casa Sara, wat ons betreft een aanrader.

This villa was absolutely spectacular ! Beautiful spacious bedrooms with separate bathrooms were perfect for our extended family celebration. Alessio our host took care of our every detail . The home and the gorgeous setting is way more magnificent than the pictures . Easy transport or walk into town. Nico our Chef prepared two unbelievable Italian feasts for us. If you have the opportunity don’t miss staying here . It’s a dream come true!
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Francesca was great and the villa was comfortable. The view out back is stunning. The villa is very well equipped and even has an outdoor pizza oven. The listing is truthful and the villa is as pictured. Highly recommend.
