Construida en 2006 y rodeada de amplios campos, la propiedad goza de una posición soleada con vistas panorámicas de Cortona y el paisaje ondulante de la Toscana. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a un patio compartido que realza la sensación de espacio y tranquilidad. El propietario reside también en la misma propiedad.

El jardín compartido proporciona un entorno generoso y sereno con vistas panorámicas que se extienden hacia las colinas de Cortona. La piscina vallada mide 5 x 12 metros con una profundidad de 120 a 220 cm, disponible del 1 de junio al 30 de septiembre; está acompañada por un área dedicada con ducha y WC. Una barbacoa está disponible para cocinar al aire libre y cenas al fresco. Cada casa dispone de un patio privado de 15 m² y una terraza, ofreciendo espacios íntimos para relajarse mientras se disfruta del paisaje circundante.
