Foiano della Chiana and the nearby locations. The village of Foiano della Chiana is only 2 km far and offers shops and restaurants. A holiday in this beautiful residence offers the opportunity to relax by the pool or make the most of its convenient location by visiting the most beautiful artistic towns and charming minor centres of Tuscany and Umbria such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza and the area around Lake Trasimeno, all within a short drive from the house. Approx. 2 km far the Valdichiana Outlet Village offer a good opportunity for shopping.

Ground floor apartment with typical vaulted ceiling, large sitting/dining room ideal to eat all together, with fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with single sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Going down 2 steps on reach the living room with sofa and TV, double bedroom, twin bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Porch equipped with table and benches to eat outside. 
First floor: with entrance from an external staircase and typical loggia, made up of sitting/dining room with kitchenette and large fire place, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom with possibility to add a single bed, bathroom with shower and bathroom with bath. Large terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella.
