The access to the villa is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any car.
Distances: the small village of Portole with groceries is at 4 km, Cortona with shops of all kinds 13 km away, Città di Castello 40 km, Arezzo 40 km away, Lake Trasimeno 30 km away, Camucia (with railway station) 15 km away, Perugia (S. Egidio airport) 60 km away, Siena 75 km, Florence 120 km away.
At guests’ disposal: garden with veranda ideal for al-fresco dining, private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – max. depth 2,1 m – open from 01/05 through 15/10), open-air shower and solarium area by the pool, barbecue and oven.
WI-FI internet is provided (free of charge). Laundry with washing-machine available.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (free of charge). Maid service by arrangement (€ 12,- / per hour to be paid locally). Upon request chef service for nice Tuscan dinners, cooking classes and food shopping service.
