Nice complex comprising 4 apartments (one is not rentable) situated on the hills near Marsiliana, a small town in the region of Maremma, approx. 14 km away from the Tuscan coastline. This property offers well-tended outside areas, a large lawn surrounding the house and a pool to be shared among the 3 units and the 4th apartment that is occasionally occupied.
The Uccellina Natural Preserve and the Tuscan coastline (Talamone, Albinia, Porto Ercole, Capalbio ecc…) are in easy reach.
Distances: Marsiliana with shops of all kind 6 km away, Albinia 16 km, Capalbio 11 km away, Saturnia (with beautiful spas) 38 km, Porto Santo Stefano (ferries to Giglio and Giannutri Islands) 29 km, Grosseto 40 km away, Rome 130 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large garden with shared swimming-pool (14 x 7 m – min. depth 0,5 m –max. depth 2,5 m), barbecue, 2 nice furnished pergolas by the pool.
WI-FI internet available only in Sabina 1 (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Baby bed upon request (€ 15,- / per week). Maid service by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour). Upon request it is possible to organize tasting of the products of the estate.
Small pets are allowed at a fee of € 100,- / week / animal.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in einem spannenden und von deutschen Touristen nicht besonders frequentierten Teil der Toskana. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber im Blick auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend. Das von anderen beschriebene Problem mit Mücken erschien uns nicht gravierender als anderswo; Anti-Brumm hat jedenfalls wirkungsvoll geholfen. Die Betreuung durch die Verwaltung war sehr gut und unkompliziert; ein zerbrochener Gartenstuhl musste nicht bezahlt werden, spricht für Kulanz.

We stayed at Sabina 2. Very good and spacy apartment for a family of 4. We enjoyed the surroundings as well: pure nature with lots of trees, vineyards, fields of tomatoes etc. The pool area is the best! We enjoyed this trip to Tuscany very much.
Two aspects which could have been better: there's no dishwasher in Sabina 2 and overall, the apartment could have been cleaned better (the floors, the ladder and the ceiling should be cleaner).

Sehr schöne Anlage, tolles, großes Haus, gute Betten, viel Platz. Ein schöner Pool. Wir haben selten an so einem schönen Ort unseren Urlaub verbracht. Einziges Manko: Wahnsinnige viel Mücken und Bremsen. Und die Entfernung (ca. 30 Minuten) zu einem wirklich schönen Strand.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice area, great, big house, good beds, plenty of space. A nice pool. We have rarely stayed at such a beautiful place on our holidays. The only drawback: awfully lot of mosquitoes and horseflies and the distance (about 30 minutes) to a really nice beach.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Das Objekt ist perfekt für eine kleine Familie die einen ruhigen Anlaufpunkt in der Maremma sucht abseits der Hotspots. Betreuung vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Ausstattung Küche vollkommen angemessen, Schlafzimmer sehr sauber und gute Matratzen ;-). Das Bad ist sauber und funktionell (könnte ein wenig größer sein, hat aber als Pluspunkt ein Fenster!)

Everything we were looking for - we had a fabulous two bedroom apartment in the villa, since we were the only renters, had the whole property and pool to ourselves. The quiet was just what was needed for this vacation. We had only one issue and the response was immediate, with the rental rep, housekeeper and maintenance man there within minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Sabina to a small or large group.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt und der Poolbereich ist mit Liegen und Sonnenschutz gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse grenzt, getrennt durch eine blickdichte Hecke, an eine Straße, die aber nur sehr schwach befahren ist und nicht stört. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das kleine und enge Bad/WC. Die anderen Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig. Die Anlage liegt einsam im Hinterland von Albina. Lebensmittel gibt es in ca. 4 km Entfernung. Strände, Restaurants und Ortschaften müssen immer mit dem Auto angefahren werden.
