Descripción Propiedad

16th century farmhouse just a few kilometers from Marradi, a small Tuscan village on the border between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. The house has been recently renovated and divided into comfortable apartments. The apartments are available for rent and offer the opportunity for a relaxing vacation in contact with nature. The surrounding landscape is characteristic of the Mugello and the Apennines of Tuscany and Romagna, with thriving nature, woods and beautiful chestnut groves. A network of trails winds through the area, allowing visitors to discover its special spots and flavors on foot, by bike, or on horseback. In the town of Marradi (just 4,5 km away), there is a train station with convenient connections to Florence, Faenza, Bologna and Ravenna. The Adriatic sea is about 80 km away, with excellent restaurants along the coast where you can taste traditional local fish specialties.
The kind, hospitable property owners offer their guests a dinner of wood oven pizza.
Access to the property is via a short stretch of unpaved road in good condition and suitable for any vehicle.
Distances: Marradi with shops of all kinds and train station 4,5 km away, Brisighella (medieval hamlet) 18 km, Faenza 30 km away, Florence (airport) 70 km, Ravenna 70 km away, the Adriatic coast 80 km, Bologna (airport) 90 km away.
At guests disposal: large, equipped outdoor space with pool shared by guests of the apartments (12 x 6 m- minimum depth 1,1 m- maximum depth 1,7 m- open from 9:00 to 19:30), children's playground (swing, rockers, ping pong table), barbecue. There is an organic vegetable garden available for guests. In the farm's former stall there is a large common space with table soccer. Free WI-FI internet access. There is a safe in each apartment. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: 2 baby beds are available upon request (free of charge). Additional bed for one person is available upon request € 40-/week (paid locally). Washing machine in the laundry room € 3-/washing. Pets are permitted at an additional charge of € 30-/week (paid locally).

A wonderful big flat in nature with a beautiful fire place. The next village is Marradi - from where you can go by train to Florence. In winter and spring time you have to consider that you pay a lot extra for gas.
