This house, called Il Fraticello is independent from the appartments and is located about 50 m. above the Convento. From the fully-furnished porch you can enjoy an extraordinary sight over the plains, up to the northern shores of the Trasimeno Lake. It is furnished in good taste, with family period furniture. The arched doors leading from the living room to the porch will let you enjoy a splendid view during your stay.
From the back, the big chestnut trees of Monte Pietrarvella are visible.
