Wonderful villa for a group of ten people, strategically located to explore the Chianti area and the main cities and sites in Tuscany.
The villa is set near the marvellous via di Setteponti, the medieval road that was once the main link between Arezzo and Florence, and that boasts charming villages and towns dating back to that age.
Villa Setteponti may well be the perfect country house. Bright and airy, this large villa combines all the best elements of the traditional Tuscan style with modern conforts and conveniences. French windows open from most rooms into the huge, beautifully-maintained garden with its stunning varieties of flowers and old trees. Living areas lead out to shady, wonderful loggias for al fresco dining and lounging with a view on the charming swimming pool or on the olive groves and wineyards.
The bedrooms are charmingly decorated with antique beds, the large dining room and living room, with working fireplaces, are tastefully arranged with antique and designer forniture. The kitchen is very well equipped , it has a fireplace and opens onto the dining loggia where there is a traditionally working pizza oven. A large built-in barbecue is just outside the dining loggia.

Swimming pool 12 x 6 m , depth 1,40 to 2,40 m , open from 01 May to 15 October.
Distances:
Campogialli village at 600 mts with food shops.
Terranuova Bracciolini at 2 km.
Bus stop at 100 mts.

Parking within the grounds.
Assistance is provided locally by the owners who live nearby and speak fluent english.

Living room and dining room on split level opening to a second loggia for lounging facing the pool. Two double bedrooms. Two twin bedrooms (convertible into double bedrooms).
Two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with bath.
Laundry with shower.
First floor: large twin bedroom + 1 single bed with a solarium on the roof.
The air conditioning is only in the 5 bedrooms.
