The Tuscan Maremma, territory of ancient tradition, still preserves its nature of harsh land, with strong contrasts and particularly fascinating colors. Le Pianacce is a lovely, stone villa, set on a sweet hill surrounded by silver olives and vineyards, making part of the owners farm. Less than 20 km far the sea and the small town of Follonica with its golden beaches and the numerous bathing establishments. The house, well-furnished and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV), is endowed with a panoramic garden with a private swimming pool (size 5 x 10 m - depth 1,40 m), and an external Jacuzzi (4 seats), deck-chairs, sun umbrellas and shower, a large porch equipped with table and chairs and barbecue to eat and relax outside. Le Pianacce will be ideal destination either for those who wish to enjoy the green Tuscan countryside or for those who would rather spend their days at the seaside, which can be reached in 15 minutes driving.
