The house has been transformed into a welcoming and comfortable country residence, maintaining the typical features of an Italian farm house such as stone and brick walls, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. From both the house and the garden you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and the valley below. The house is set up on different levels, but both from the living area as well as from the bedrooms you can directly access the garden. The lovely garden and swimming pool are for your exclusive use and offer beautiful views.

The access to the house is through an unpaved, in sections steep, gravel road (ca. 1 km) not suitable for low-slung vehicles or sports cars.

At guests’ disposal: fully equipped garden, beautiful terrace with views of the valley below, swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests (10 x 4 m, min. depth 1 m, max. depth 2m – open from 01/06 through 30/09), external shower at the pool (cold water), wood-fired brick oven.
WI-FI internet connection free of charge, 2 TV sets with national and international channels (via satellite), DVD player, hi-fi system with CD player. Parking on the property.

Ground floor (accessible from the upper floor through a staircase or from the outside): living room with convertible sofa-bed (sleeps 1, available only on request ) and satellite TV.
