This charming villa in “Leopoldino” style has been recently and tastefully restored and turned into a comfortable country house offering cozy interiors furnished in a rustic style with some antique pieces. A nice fenced garden surrounds the villa and provides a private pool with open-air shower, a barbecue and a large gazebo ideal for al-fresco dining. The villa also offers a charming loggia on the ground floor and an additional large panoramic loggia on the first floor.
The property is in dominating and sunny location, amidst olive groves, and enjoys extensive vies over the surrounding landscape, over the small town of Bucine and the Chianti Classico hills in the distance.
The access if via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
A road passes approx. 250 m from the property away.

At guests disposal: fenced furnished lawn (10.000 square meters) with lighted private pool (7 x 14 m – depth 1,5 m – open from 20/04 to 10/10), open-air shower, barbecue, large gazebo near the pool, valley-ball ground, charming loggia on the ground floor and panoramic terrace on the first floor.

Guests can also enjoy use of a room providing a 6-seat Jacuzzi bath with water heated up to 40° and a Turkish bath available all year around.

Laundry (washing-machine and dryer). All of the bedrooms provide satellite TV, air-conditioning (to be paid according to consumption), telephone, WI-FI internet access (free of charge) and hairdryer.
Covered parking for 4 cars on the grounds.

Extra Services: Baby bed upon request (free of charge). Extra bed available upon request (€ 105,- / per week to be paid on the spot). Mosquito nets for the beds upon request (free of charge). Maid services available by arrangement € 15,- / per hour (payable on site). Pool towels are provided.
Small pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 150,- as final cleaning.
