Short-term tourist rental pursuant to D.Lgs. 50/2017 - Lease agreement for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at the time of check-in.
- There are strict local recycling laws and if waste is not sorted accordingly, it will not be collected. After a first warning, the property owner is fined. Please recycle cardboard/paper, plastic, aluminum, and glass in the appropriate recycling bins.
- The short-term rental of the villa does not grant the right to organize events of any kind in the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as provided in point 25 of the General Conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.
