This rental villa with pool is located in the town of Ostuni, just a short drive from Bari and Lecce, two of the region’s most authentic and characteristic cities.

The self-contained accommodation occupies the ground floor of a villa whose upper floor is inhabited by other owners.

For your exclusive use: the gated entrance with parking space, the swimming pool, and the garden.

The property comprises three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms; a third full bathroom also serves the living-room/kitchen area. In total, the villa can accommodate up to six guests.

Completing the rental is a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, a dining room with guest WC, and a 25 m² skimmer-edge pool.

Within a short drive you can visit the tourist towns of Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca.

Short-term tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely.

There are strict local laws on waste recycling, and improperly sorted waste will not be collected. After an initial warning, the property owner will be fined. Please recycle cardboard/paper, plastic, aluminum, and glass in the appropriate recycling bins.

The short-term villa rental does not entitle guests to organize any kind of events at the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency, as specified in point 25 of the General Terms and Conditions. Use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.

Provision of bed linen and towels upon arrival (face towel, body towel, bidet towel, pool towel, and shower mat per person).

During the high season, weekly cleaning (for stays longer than 7 nights) will primarily take place on Saturdays.

All travelers benefit from the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy, included with the 6% Agency Fee, covering cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance, and lost/damaged luggage, as well as the RARO CARE Service, which covers potential incidents at the property.

El déposito inicial requerido para confirmar una reserva a ser pagado en el momento de la reserva (a menos que haya condiciones especiales) es el 30% del total del alquiler.

El saldo se debe pagar 45 días antes de la llegada.

Para reservas de última hora (dentro de los 45 días de la llegada, a menos que se indique lo contrario en la política de reservación de la propiedad) el importe total debe ser pagado en el momento de la reserva.

En la cancelación de una reserva, a menos que se indique lo contrario en la política de reservación de la propiedad, incluso si es sustituida por otra, se deberá pagar las siguientes penalizaciones:
- el porcentaje de la cantidad total de alquiler pagado en el momento de la reserva como depósito inicial si la cancelación se realiza desde el momento de la reserva hasta 46 días antes del inicio del periodo de alquiler;
- el 100% del precio total del alquiler si la cancelación se produce con 45 días o menos respecto al día de llegada o en caso de no presentarse.
