This lovely villa can accommodate up to 6 guests across three bedrooms within two separate units. The property features a swimming pool, a spacious living area, and a well-equipped kitchen.
Upon entering the main building, guests will find a large living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a TV. Accessible from the living room, the well-appointed kitchen serves as the connection to the sleeping quarters. The three double bedrooms are elegantly furnished with a simple and stylish design, boasting features such as exposed stone walls, wooden accents, open wardrobes, double beds, bedside tables, and reading lights. Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.
Additionally, the RARO CARE Service provides coverage for any property accidents, with damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.
- The short rental of the villa doesn't give the right to organise events of any kind in the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as provided for in point 25 of the Terms and Conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients (4pp face towel, body towel, bidet towel, pool towel and shower mat), final cleaning
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.

El saldo se debe pagar 45 días antes de la llegada.

En la cancelación de una reserva, a menos que se indique lo contrario en la política de reservación de la propiedad, incluso si es sustituida por otra, se deberá pagar las siguientes penalizaciones:
- el porcentaje de la cantidad total de alquiler pagado en el momento de la reserva como depósito inicial si la cancelación se realiza desde el momento de la reserva hasta 46 días antes del inicio del periodo de alquiler;
- el 100% del precio total del alquiler si la cancelación se produce con 45 días o menos respecto al día de llegada o en caso de no presentarse.
