Villa Gemapirò is a newly built villa for rent and like the old farms, it has the characteristics of external walls in local stone (Tufo) and porcelain stoneware flooring with an elegant wood effect. Inside the fine finishes and furnishings stand out.

Access to the interior of the villa can take place either from the mezzanine floor (going up a few steps) or from the lower floor (by a comfortable driveway ramp).

The living area on the mezzanine floor consists of the living room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen and access to the bathroom. The villa is, bright and spacious, positioned near to the local town, and only a 10 minutes drive to the local beaches of Santa Sabina and Pantanagianni. Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve is only 20 minutes drive and is ideal for nature lovers.

The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner stove, sink, refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, shelves and plenty of space for guests. The kitchen is completed by the table with chairs for lunches and breakfasts, the TV and the sofa bed. The dining room also has access to the bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and washing machine.

Continuing in the sleeping area on the mezzanine floor are two double bedrooms and private bathrooms.
The first bedroom, of about 16 square meters, has two joinable twin beds, the second has a double bedroom with a desk and TV and an external balcony with a panoramic view of the city of Carovigno.
