Beautiful Holiday Villa with private swimming pool and panoramic view over the village of Alcamo and the Sicilian Sea.
This villa was designed by Gianni Ranaulo, a well-known architect and it's surely one of the most special villas for its unforgettable style, its modern furnishing a the new infinity swimming pool. Internally this house can sleep up to 14 people. Large windows offer a beautiful view over the sea. Externally there is the private infinity swimming pool with hydromassage and water fall, beside a dressing room with bath tub and shower.
The house is located a few kilometres from Alcamo (with any kind of shop) and from the Sicilian East Coast villages such as Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo, the Zingaro nature reserve and the beautiful cities of Palermo, Trapani and the well-known temples of Segesta, Selinunte and Agrigento (Sicilian South Coast).
At guests’ disposal: well-tended, enclosed garden, infinity pool with panoramic views (11 x 5 metres; maximum depth: 1,40 metres), whirpool area and waterfall, parking within the grounds (enclosed), panoramic view, outdoor space furnished with barbecue and table with chairs for dining al fresco
