Villa Cristina is a beautiful residence recently built, completed in 2016 and located near the cities of Ostuni and Carovigno.
Set in an 8000 sqm plot, the villa boasts a variety of trees and shrubs, including an expanse of olive trees, which contribute to creating a charming and lush environment.
Inside, stands out a spacious kitchen and dining room, characterized by a magnificent fireplace ideal for cooler evenings. The kitchen, made entirely of masonry to respect the rustic style of the house, offers a unique mix of ancient and modern, giving the villa a special charm.

Definitely worth visiting at night, as there is a buzz of excitement, and people sipping coffee and drinking Spritz - just imagine sitting and watching the world go by, and also the Italian's who are always deep in conversation, with animated hand gestures. Great food, always great coffee, steeped in history, with lots to do for the whole family.

The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:

This a beautiful villa for a secluded getaway. We arrived late but was in constant communication with the villa rep Maria who arranged for someone to meet us at the villa. Local amenities are only a short drive away, and while I’m on the subject of driving, please do not hire an electric vehicle while you are on holiday. Charging points are seriously difficult to find and when you do it is hit and miss if they are working. We ended up changing our vehicle mid holiday for a diesel vehicle. Apart from that we had a fabulous time and our favourite place to visit was Ostuni. Will definitely be back in the near future.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette merveilleuse villa.
Intérieurement, la décoration est soignée, la maison est très bien équipée. La vue de la cuisine sur le jardin est reposante. Le jardin, avec la piscine et la pergola, sont un + indéniable.
La localisation de la maison permet de rayonner facilement dans les pouilles.

Gli spazi esterni della villa sono molto belli e curati.
I mobili della area pranzo esterna sono un po' datati e consumati dal tempo (hanno un po' di ruggine varia).
All'interno si trova una bella cucina perfettamente accessoriata e molto luminosa, mentre le camere sono piccole ma funzionali.
Nota negativa sono i materassi ed i cuscini che non sono particolarmente comodi.
All'ingresso in casa si sente un odore di chiuso o di mobili vecchi, ma credo sia normale visto il tipo di arredamento in legno, con pezzi antichi.
In conclusione siamo stati bene in questa villa, godendoci particolarmente l'esterno.
I piccoli difetti evidenziati potrebbero essere facilmente migliorabili.
Unica cosa veramente sgradevole è la gestione della spazzatura, mi sembra assurdo che a conclusione della locazione si debba lasciare la villa portandosi dietro plastica, vetro e carta fino alla più vicina discarica ad Ostuni.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

Superbe villa tout confort alliant le charme des pierres et la modernité. Air conditionée dans toutes le pièces, facile à vivre, chaque chambre ayant sa salle de bain privative avec douche à l'italienne. La cuisine était une super pièce à vivre très spacieuse et très lumineuse grace aux baies vitrées. Excellent acceuil (avec en cadeau bouteille de vin, biscuits typiques de la région, confiture,..). Très bien située à 7 km de Ostuni par une route très facile et peu de circulation. Vivement recommendée.

Superb, comfortable villa combining the charm of stones and modernity. Air conditioning in all rooms, easy going each room having its private bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is a great room lo live in as it is very spacious and very bright thanks to the big windows. Excellent welcome (with a gift bottle of wine, biscuits typical of the region, jam, ..).
