Absolutely beautiful stay. Pierro and Louisa are perfect hosts (thank you for the fresh plums from the garden!). Amazing swimming pool and BBQ area. 15 minutes from Cortona. Very much looking forward to returning.
It's an authentic, really beautiful house in the most amazing setting. What makes it perfect are the small touches. Beautiful art, high quality furniture and the little touches added by the two housekeepers: from fresh flowers and little gifts through to really good communication. Thank you!! The drive down to the house is challenging though and I personally did not feel comfortable to navigate down there in the dark. But that's clearly spelt out in the rental agreement. We had the most amazing time and would whole-heartedly recommend both this Location and EasyReserve.
We very much enjoyed our Family vacation at Villa Agazzi - the inventory and the set up, the gardens, the property in total, the pool and the very private feeling we got was perfect. The only thing to improve is the list of available content to be left with the agency. For example I asked prior to our arrival whether pool towels are supplied and was told no, so I had to bring 6 heavy bathing towels in addition to our luggage. In fact the towels are all provided at the property. I also asked whether coffee makers are available and was given affirmative from the agency (Easy Reserve), it would be easier if there was an inventory listing available to the renter in Advance. The owner, Patricia was very helpful and gave very good suggestions of various Restaurants nearby and also for excursions (e.g to Assisi)
Ein wunderschönes Haus in unglaublich schöner Lage!
Wir haben hier eine Woche mit unseren Töchtern und deren Familien verbracht und jeden Tag den schönen Pool, den Garten und die Terrasse genossen.
Die Kinder konnten sich herrlich austoben, ohne dass man befürchten musste, der Lärm könnte andere stören.
Sie haben morgens einen Fasan entdeckt, der durch das Gelände stolzierte und mit uns auf einer Wanderung in das absolut bezaubernde Gennaro Brombeeren gepflückt.
Da wir bei starkem Regen angekommenen sind, mussten wir den ersten Abend drinnen verbringen, was dank des großzügigen Esstisches auch gar kein Problem war.
Das Haus ist geräumig, die Zimmer großzügig und überwiegend mit schönen alten Möbeln ausgestattet.
Die Dependance wurde von unseren Enkeln bewohnt, die die vorhandene Klimaanlage zu schätzen wussten.
Der einzige negative Punkt ist die Zufahrt mit sehr vielen Schlaglöchern.
Insgesamt können wir das Haus für einen Familienurlaub in wunderschöner Landschaft nur empfehlen.

We spent a week here with our daughters and their families and enjoyed every day the beautiful pool, the garden and the terrace.
The children were able to let off steam without having to worry about the noise disturbing others.
They discovered a pheasant in the morning, which walked around the grounds and picked us for a hike to the absolutely enchanting Gennaro blackberry.
Since we arrived in heavy rain, we had to spend the first evening indoors, which was no problem thanks to the spacious dining table.
The house is spacious, the rooms spacious and mostly equipped with beautiful old furniture.
The dependance was inhabited by our grandchildren, who appreciated the air conditioning.
The only negative point is the driveway with a lot of potholes.
Overall, we can recommend the house for a family holiday in beautiful scenery.
We had a wonderful time.
Lovely setting, good size suite, helpful staff and fabulous breakfasts.
You need a car as it is off the beaten track but that is why we selected the property. Would go again.
