The property was fantastic as was Isobel who sorted out the pool. Sadly the mattresses were so hard we awoke each morning aching. The mosquitos were a nuisance but overall it was a wonderful experience
Das Haus ist im persönlichen Stil mit viel Charme vollständig ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und komplett funktionstüchtig. Besonders hat uns der noch recht neue und große Gasherd in der Küche gefallen. Die Vielzahl an Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten (inkl. einem festen Holzkohlegrill) laden gerade dazu ein, den Abend gemütlich draußen zu verbringen. Aber auch Innen steht ein großer Esstisch zur Verfügung. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und bei evtl. Fragen bestens erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr großzügig, gepflegt, uneinsehbar und wunderschön angelegt. Die Lage ist fernab von jeglichen Verkehrslärm. Die Anfahrt über einen Feldweg ist für PKW geeignet, jedoch nicht für Fahrzeuge mit sehr niedrig liegenden Fahrwerken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem PKW in 10 Min. in San Savino erreichbar.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house is fully equipped in a personal style with a lot of charm. Everything is very clean and fully functional. We especially liked the still quite new and large gas cooker in the kitchen. The many terraces and seating options in the garden (including a fixed charcoal barbecue) invite you to spend the evening outside. But there is also a large dining table inside. The owners are very friendly and very helpful if you have any questions. The garden with pool is very spacious, well-kept, secluded and beautifully landscaped. The location is far away from any traffic noise. The access via a dirt road is suitable for cars, but not for vehicles with very low running gear. Shopping facilities can be reached by car in 10 minutes in San Savino.

The accommodation and the garden are very well maintained and equipped with everything you want.
The surrounding area offers many excursion destinations in near and far, which can be easily reached by car.
Special thanks go to Irina and Enzo, who have taken care of the property, the pool and us.
Even after our vacation they looked after us and sent us clothes that we unfortunately forgot on site.

Fantastic house, very clean and with beautifull views over the valley from the porch. Great swimming pool in a very beautiful garden with lots of fruit trees and herbs. The owners are very friendly and helpfull.
Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The Villa was amazing - beautiful and spacious with incredible views. We can not wait to return! Our hosts were so gracious, kind and helpful!
Really nice villa in an excellent location with good facilities. Marisa and Martina were very helpful and accommodating. It was slightly unusual to have the kitchen as a separate building a few yards away but it worked nicely as it was a large and well equipped space and kept any cooking smells away from the main villa. The decoration of the main building was astounding - you felt you were staying in a grand roman villa! The pool and pool surround area were fantastic, although the steps down to the pool were a little bit tricky, though you could walk down via the garden a few steps away. My only other suggestion is that it lacks a good comfy sitting area inside the villa. I think the dining room could be rearranged and improved with the addition of two comfy sofas!
