This gorgeous property was a bit tricky to find in the neighborhood of apartments. However our Contact Davide, was onsite waiting for our arrival and guided us to the correct location which was just one more street south of where we had turned. The best part of this apartment was the beautiful, pristine, double tiered patio overlooking the Italian Riviera. It was everything that I was looking for to celebrate my milestone birthday, which was to enjoy the end of the day with a glass of wine watching the sun go down. Just a heads up, there is a floating staircase to the kitchen on the lower level. The apartment had a private path down to an absolutely historically charming seaside promenade which was safe and easy for a 20 minute walk to the village of Verazza where we found eateries, quaint shops and grocery stores. I would definitely stay there again.

We really liked the villa and the location but we were very disappointed To learn that the water was not drinkable. It would made a difference if we knew about it before reserving. Plus, we had to wait 3 days before having access to internet. Very frustrating… As for the rest, it was fabulous.

Die Ferienanlage insgesamt war wunderschön: tolle Lage, gepflegter Garten, schöner Strand - aber das Apartment hat uns leider gar nicht zugesagt. Oberflächlich sauber (Handtücher und Bettzeug war einwandfrei), aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Duschkopf so verkalkt, dass kaum ein Strahl rauskam. In der Duschtür unten Schimmel, Schrank unter der Spüle sehr dreckig, stark und unangenehm riechend, Abfluss Spüle undicht. Das "Doppelbett" war eine alte Ausziehcouch mit dünner Matratze, so dass man eigentlich direkt auf dem Metallgestell lag. Es gab weder Wäscheständer noch einen funktionierenden Wasserkocher. Das Stockbett für Kinder war ok, aber auch dort die Matratzen alt, durchgelegen und schmutzig. Das einzige Moskitonetz vor dem Badezimmerfenster schmutzig und mit Löchern.
