La propiedad Podere Palazzo es un estupenda propiedad(200 m2) que incluye internet inalámbrico, piscina privada y aire condicionado. La propiedad puede acoger cómodamente ocho personas en tres habitaciónes con tres baños. La propiedad está situada sólo 3 km de distancia de Castiglione D'orcia (Italia), en la zona turística "Val D'orcia" y sólo a 24 km de distancia desde Montalcino.
La Planta Baja no se puede alquilar y está cerrada, ya que los propietarios viven allí ocasionalmente.
Los propietarios también pueden usar la piscina, cuando están en la villa.
