The house is very nice. Perfect for a big group with its five sleeping rooms of which one is for five people. Kitchen is equipped appropriately for that amount of people and the outdoor pizza and barbecue area add a nice extra.
Please be aware that the property is located at the end of a gravel road which dies not allow for super low cars to access.
As we came early in the season it was still chilly. The owner Giorgio helped us to get the heating running which made it cozy inside. Together with his wife Silvia they are very kind and helpful in any aspect of questions.
Casa molto grande e accogliente. Perfetta per bambini con molto spazio all'aperto e piscina super e vista mozzafiato. Alle porte di Mercatale, un paese super piccolo ma con tutti i servizi necessari. Molto carino e con tante persone gentili e disponibili. Essendo situata in campagna (l'abitazione) ci ha dato la possibilita' di fare molte passeggiate verso il paese e corse all'aria aperta e fresca. Unico neo la strada per arrivarci e' un dissestata e quindi ci sono un paio di kms di strada sterrata. Consigliatissima!!!
Ein sehr schönes Apparment, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Ein grandioser Blick aufs Meer von der Terasse über die Olivenbäume. Prima Einrichtung des Appartments. Wir haben uns in Lorettas Appartment sehr wohlgefühlt! Und bekamen auch noch leckeres Olivenöl zur Erinnerung an die Tage.
We had a wonderful stay at Le Rondini. The property was lovely and perfect for our trip! We used the villa as a homebase and traveled to various towns each day. It was ideal and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Casetta molto graziosa… curata in ogni dettaglio… per noi è stata una coccola trascorrere il week li!!! Complimenti alla proprietaria super disponibile…. Confermo la scala molto ripida ( più che altro per persone anziane) ma i bimbi non hanno avuto difficoltà…. Bisogna solo prestare un pochino di attenzione….
Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war wirklich toll. Das Haus ist super gelegen und hat einen ganz tollen Garten, insbesondere die Blutorangen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Hervorzuheben war auch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, der gefühlte Kühlschrank und der umsorgende Vermieter, der uns immer wieder Leckereien vorbeigebracht hat, was sehr gut darüber hinweg trösten konnte, dass das Duschwasser insbesondere morgens auch das eine oder andere Mal eher lauwarm war.
Perfect apartment for 3. Parking at the door, easy trip to get to various different start points for the sella ronda. Local restaurant with great food .
