super Ferienhaus in toller Lage mit guter Ausstattung
sehr sauber, gepflegter Pool
sehr nette Vermieter, leider nur italienisch sprechend
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Great house in a great location with good facilities. Very clean, well maintained pool. Very nice landlord, who unfortunately speaks only Italian.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

Optimales Haus, um auch in den Genuss des Strandes (Meer) zu kommen. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche kann bemängelt werden. Ansonsten ist es eine wunderschöne "Bleibe".
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Perfect villa, also to enjoy the beach (sea). Only the kitchen equipment can be faulted. Otherwise, it has been a a wonderful stay.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

We found the property well located, clean and nicely outfitted. A few steps to the beach and wonderful restuarants nearby. The keyholder was extremely helpful, though we had some trouble as we did not speak Italian and she was limited in English. It would be very helpful if there was an English language booklet that outlined a few key things that we would have liked to know early in our stay. This would include directions to the closest grocery, instructions on the the use of the washing machine and similar items. Also, it should be noted that there are a lot of stairs involved in town and in reaching the appartment. We found this delightful, but people with whom we have traveled in the past would not have been able to navigate this property. All in all, we would recommend this property and hope to be able to return some day.

Villa Carolina was a highlight of our 4 weeks in Italy. Gabriela and Lucia were awesome hosts, and their "in villa" meal was superb! Lucia's ragu is definitely something to write home about! Facilities in the villa were new and it was spacious for the 4 adults and 2 children in our group. Kids loved the pool! We would highly recommend Villa Carolina to anyone wanting to be in a central location in Toscana, with excellent hosts.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] excellent from every point of view, starting from the welcome to the reception. The place is beautiful, out in the green, very tranquil and with views of the village Sperlonga and the sea. My wife and I were very happy and we talked about it enthusiastically to friends and acquaintances. In general, each year we change our location for the holidays, but we vowed to come back, because we're pretty close to Viterbo. In any case, congratulations and goodbye.

Nice and quiet place with amazing views. If you want to rest and sleep, this is the place. Our kids were pleased with the pool and being in the middel of the vineyatds. Our only suggestion is to add some missing kitchen appliances such as a microwave and a toaster.
