Très très bon séjour. Villa très agréable à tous points de vue. Propriétaires et intermédiaire sur place très aimables. Nous reviendrons !

We had a very pleasant stay in this great house. It was a very clean and big place, The owner was very helpfull and thoughtfull. We can highly reccommend this place, it's ideal to make daytrips to all the fantastic places that Tuscany has to offer.
very happy with the apartment, Flavia 2. Clean (except for some moldy towels left in the washer), and well kept, newly renovated. Place was nice and quiet and perfect for a family get away. Close to Pisa, Florence and of course, San Giminiano. Agree with previous comments that the owners were not always easily accessible and it took multiple tries to find them, in the end they were helpful.
The villa and the grounds are so beautiful and the hospitality of the owners was perfect! They showed us around, had wine delivered to the villa from their vineyard and provided us with any info needed. I would reccomend it to anyone and will be returning in the years to come!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The apartment was super. The owner was super friendly! Have to admit, could be because we speak Italian, because a foreign language is always more difficult. She was very courteous and took good care for us. We felt as if we visited family that you would like to visit again.
We loved Tollena - great property in a wonderful location. It was both comfortable and beautiful. Barbara, the keyholder, was very friendly and helpful, and the wifi worked well, which helped us plan our day outings. Highly recommended.
