It was beautiful and serene. Great location, just minutes from the beach and port! I would absolutely recommend staying here if you have the chance.

This is a lovely villa with expansive property and endless charm. We loved the decor, the original aspects of the historical place, cooking in the kitchen (especially with a dishwasher), and the ample space for a large group. Our only complaints were that the mattresses were uncomfortable, the doors squeaked loudly during the night, and laundry took very long to dry (it rained, so we could not put them outside). Eating antipasti with fresh baked bread by the pool and only hearing birds and church bells more than made up for any discomfort.

Villa Pietrafitta is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to visit Castellina in Chianti. The villa is large, has many bedrooms, with large comfotable living areas and a wel equipped kitchen. All amenities weere provided for us. The Villa was sportless. It is ideally located near to the actual town of Castellina Chaini where one can purchase groceries at the Coop and there are good restaurants.

Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist leider sehr beschwerlich, dafür ist der Ausblick und ser gesamte Aussenbereich wunderschön.

Bei dieser Ferienunterkunft stimmt einfach alles. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Besitzer, wunderbares, sauberes und gepflegtes Haus, Pool mit wirklich bequemen Liegen und eine sehr gepflegte Umgebung. Sehr ideal mit einem Hund, da das grosse Grundstück vollständig eingezäunt ist. Wir verbrachten bereits das zweite Mal unsere Ferien in diesem Objekt. Es sind sehr vielseitige Ausflüge, vom Meer bis zu hohen Berggipfeln möglich.
