Fantastic view over Tuscany hills from the hilltop. Great pool. Secluded place, lots of privacy. Kind people, very helpful if something doesn’t work. But electricity in the house is poor, cannot use airconditioning plus electric stove at same time. Internet is slow, but OK, this is Italian countryside. WiFi on the other hand can easily be fixed, and now does not reach all rooms, is unavailable in the 2nd house, let alone around the pool. The road to the house is hard to manage as it is unpaved, steep, and covered in loose pebbles. Your car is slipping most of the way.
Still worth it though.

Wonderful spacious Tuscan villa with an amazing walk-in pool and an astonishing view on the Tuscan hills. Great location and a great house to share with friends and/or family.

Zum Entspannen genau das richtige. Toller großer Garten auf mehreren angelegten Terrasen. Einfache funktionelle Ausstattung. Internetempfang über Handy sehr gut. Toller Ausblick vom Kirchenplatz zum Meer und nach Dolcedo. Für Hunde perfekt da Grundstück eingezäunt. Wandern gut möglich. Ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kurze Wege in die Stadt bzw. ans Meer.
Negativ:
im Sommer viel zu warm da keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator, Fliegengitter nur an 1 von 3 Fenstern. Mehrfach in der Woche Veranstaltungen am Kirchenplatz bis tief in die Nacht.

Just the right place to relax. Great large garden on several landscaped terraces. Simple functional equipment. Internet reception via mobile phone very good. Great view from the church square to the sea and Dolcedo. Perfect for dogs as the property is fenced. Walking is possible. Well-balanced price-performance ratio. Short distances to the town and the sea.
Negative:
Much too warm in summer as no air conditioning or fan, fly screens only on 1 of 3 windows. Several times a week events in the church square until late at night.
The service was excellent, Marta was amazingly helpful. The apartment was on the whole very good, although there was no cooker only a hob and no barbecue which it had been advertised with, and was a key requirement for our holiday, so this made it very difficult to cook meals
