Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Aussergewöhnlich und sehr stilvoll, wenn man den ländlichen Stil Italiens mag. sehr nette Vermieterin, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Unfassbar schöne gegend! Wir werden wieder hinfahren! Nur erschreckne lassen bei dem letzten Weg dorthin. Die Straße ist unansphalziert aber sehr gut befahrbar. :-)

Very nice house ( pics describe house well) and fantastic garden in quiet surrounding on a very big and private property. Kitchen works well, with most items in place and a big place for outside eating, nice albeit somewhat “on the backside” of the house. A bit of mosquitoes at night, as in other areas of Tuscany. A/C in 3 of four bedrooms. Pool area is plesant, albeit 50m or so away/down from the house. Owner/host lives in separatated part of house but not disturbing on any big way. House power system is a bit underpowered and full use of appliances needs to be paired with a/c off and no washing machine. Not suitable for charging Your EV, but four 22KW AC chargers are available 5 min walk from house by nearest supermarket.
Nice small town 5 min drive (Pescia) with most stuff available in very untouristy town with Saturday market. Car is generally recommended for this place to work smoothly, but it is not impossible without 10 min drive to trainstation. We had a fantastic time woth our young adults. Esterno incantevole, una vera oasi di pace...mare all'orizzonte, prati, ulivi e vigneti, silenzio, terrazza godibilissima. Interno dell'alloggio sicuramente migliorabile: gli spazi sono adeguati ma arredati davvero in modo troppo essenziale. Poche stoviglie, pochi utensili da cucina, interni delle credenze non proprio profumati. Materassi non ci siamo. Bagno grande ma, almeno un mobiletto dove riporre il necessario, ci vorrebbe. Tutto sommato la valutazione è positiva ma, questo luogo, con qualche attenzione in più, potrebbe essere top. Ah ...un paio di sdraio per godermi l'aria fresca della sera, mettetecele. Grazie!

Ab 10 Uhr ging die teilweise zu laute Musik am Pool an.
Das Mikrofon der Pool Frau war so schlecht das man sie fast nur schniefen hörte.
Und bitte schult die Leute im Umgang mit Bluetooth Verbindung zum Handy.
Ständig abbrüche, lied wiederholungen, und zu laut eingestellt. Fürchterlich.
