Leider hat die Beleuchtung am Pool nicht funktioniert, so dass es abends stockfinster war. Auch die Wegebeleuchtung bedarf einer Generalüberholung, da die Wege am Abend nur mit dem Handy (Taschenlampe) begehbar waren.
Ansonsten ein tolles Haus mit ausreichend Platz.

The villa is charming. Typically tuscan.very clean and everything was in hood condition. The location is superb with a local shop only a few minutes away and the lovely town of Radda in Chianti a short car ride away.

Wir genossen die Tage in der Villa sehr, es war rundum einfach nur genial. Sabrina Und ihr Mann putzten täglich den Aussenbereich, wir wurden immer gefragt, ob wir was brauchen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!!!

En général, nous sommes très satisfait de la localisation, de la propreté mais nous croyons qu’il serait judicieux d’avoir quelques éléments de base de plus comme huile d’olive, sucre, papier de toilettes pour la durée du séjour, savons, shopping , etc.

The location is perfect for exploring the wilds of Tuscany and the city of Florence. The property is massive with enough space for more than one family. The position of the pool is ideal overlooking olive orchards and grapevines and the swimming is divine. Definitely need a vehicle and you can rent one nearby at Florence airport or rail station.

Wir waren eine Woche in Casa Max und können nur schwärmen. Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war super. Es war alles liebevoll hergerichtet und man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Hatte man eine Rückfrage, so bekam man diese umgehend von Emilio beantwortet. Hier waren wir in keinem Fall das letzte Mal :)

Everything was lovingly prepared and you felt like you were at home. If you had a query, Emilio answered it immediately. It's definitely not the last time we've been here :)
