Amazing time had at Teto - age range 18 - 55.
The track to the house is not for the faint hearted but once you get there it’s fabulous. The photos do not do it justice - it’s stunning.
Easy reserve were quick to respond on booking and Fubbiano team were excellent once there - the vineyard tour is a must.
Amenities are at a drive however very good. Supermarkets are well stocked/Pisa airport is close by plus the trains are fairly regular for exploring the Italian must see places.
We all loved this holiday and this place is very special.

Contesto bellissimo, casa ben tenuta e con tutti i confort. La piscina è il sicuramente il valore aggiunto. Proprietario disponibilissimo e gentile, ottima accoglienza. Da segnalare forse un po' meglio la posizione, perché l'ultimo tratto di strada è sterrato e per chi ha un'auto bassa, non è facilmente raggiungibile.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful setting, well-kept house with all comforts. The swimming pool is definitely the added value. Very helpful and kind owner, excellent welcome. Perhaps the location should be highlighted a little better, because the last stretch of road is a dirt road and for those with a low car, it is not easily accessible.
Poggio Velluto is a rustic property in an absolutely stunning location. The building is spacious and all the rooms of a good size apart from the kitchen which is a little small, but perfectly adequate when combined with the very well situated outside dining table. The house has had some improvements, especially to bathrooms, but remains rustic rather than luxurious.
The outside is fabulous. The pool is very good and the views from it are for once, even better than the pictures suggest.
We like properties like this and for us it was ideal. A picturesque Italian country house with stunning views. The owner only spoke Italian but was very helpful. We had a couple of very minor queries which were dealt with immediately.
This house is great if you want a holiday largely based around the house, or are just looking for some nice Italian towns to visit. If you have specific towns or sites you want to see, check how long it takes to get there - don’t rely on distance as many of the roads are very twisty and therefore speeds are slow.
Beautiful modern villa - thoughtfully decorated and has everything you need for a stay. It is high up in the mountains and small children would need eyes on them all the time. Gianluca house manager was super helpful and always available . The house needed a deeper cleaning before arrival but was mostly well presented.
Das Haus, der Pool und die Umgebung waren super. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und Nachbarn. Das Gemüsebeet zur Selbstversorgung haben wir rege genutzt.
Leider hatten wir fast kein WLAN Empfang, das war sehr schade.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house, the pool and the surroundings were great. Very friendly landlord and neighbors. We made a lot of use of the vegetable patch for self-sufficiency.
Unfortunately we had almost no WiFi reception, which was a shame.
Es war wirklich alles perfekt, ein wunderschönes Anwesen, ein extrem hilfsbereiter, aber dennoch absolut unaufdringlicher Vermieter, eine Top-Lage -> Es könnte kaum besser sein, daher 10/10 Punkten!

La Contea heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Groot huis met 3 appartementen waar wij en onze twee kinderen met hun gezin een week in volledige privicay een geweldige vakantie hebben gehad. Een eigen zwembad, groot grasveld. De eigenaar en de beheerder waren goed bereikbaar. De appartementen zijn misschien wat gedateerd, maar het rustieke hiervan past bij de Toscaanse omgeving. Een aanrader voor 3 stellen/gezinnen die samen met elkaar op vakantie willen, en toch in het eigen appartement een eigen plek willen hebben.

Large house with 3 apartments where we and our two children and their families had a great holiday for a week in complete privacy. A private swimming pool, large lawn. The owner and caretaker were easily reachable. The apartments may be a bit dated, but their rusticity suits the Tuscan environment. Highly recommended for 3 couples/families who want to go on holiday together, and still want to have their own place in their own apartment.
