L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben fornito, uno dei due bagni è cieco ma comunque molto comodo, in entrambi i bagni ci sono doccia e bidet. Nonostante si affacci su una strada piuttosto trafficata, la casa risulta comunque ben isolata acusticamente. La cucina open space è ben attrezzata, con lavastoviglie e forno. In uno dei due bagni c'è la lavatrice. Proprietaria molto disponibile. Unico neo il parcheggio, bisogna sostare nei parcheggi lungo la strada che sono tutti a pagamento e praticamente sempre occupati, spesso si trova posto solo a diverse centinaia di metri dalla casa.

Despite overlooking a rather busy road, the house is still well soundproofed. The open space kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher and oven. In one of the two bathrooms there is a washing machine. Very helpful owner. The only downside is parking, you have to park in the parking lots along the road which are all paid and practically always occupied, often you can only find a place several hundred meters from the house.

Un cadre idyllique, au calme et au milieu de la nature, typiquement toscan.
Oliviers, vignes et figuiers sont au rendez-vous. Le chemin d’accès peut sembler aventureux mais vaut le déplacement.
La maison contient le strict nécessaire (pas de Clim mais des ventilateurs).
Nous recommandons dons.
Attention, pas d’escaliers pour descendre dans la piscine.

Olive trees, vines and fig trees are there. The access path may seem adventurous but is worth the trip.
The house contains the bare necessities (no air conditioning but fans).

Het huisje is iets gedateerd, maar was qua inrichting prima. We kregen alleen boven in de slaapkamers de warmte er niet uit en het huisje heeft geen airco. Het zwembad is van een goed formaat. Alleen mijn kinderen kregen uitslag van het water. We zijn een dag eerder vertrokken. De ligging van het huisje is boven op een berg. Heel rustig en midden in de natuur.
Voor winkels en restaurantjes ben je dus wel aangewezen op een auto.
prima huis mede door naastliggende zwembad en natuurlijk de garage waar je de auto veilig kunt stallen. de week dat wij er waren was het te warm om de omgeving te verkennen, we hopen nog een keer terug te gaan.
Mooi ruim en schoon vakantiehuis, alles is goed voor elkaar. Heerlijk zwembad waarvan wij dagelijks gebruik hebben gemaakt. Vanuit huis mooie uitstapmogelijkheden naar Florence, Pisa ed.
